Eligibility

To be eligible for the program, students must meet the following requirements:

• New Orleans Public School Graduate class of 2024
• Louisiana TOPS eligible (must qualify for Opportunity, Performance or Honors)
• Federal Pell Grant eligible with Student Aid Index (SAI) of zero.
• Minimum ACT sub-scores of Math (19) and English (18) or minimum cumulative GPA 3.0
• Minimum high school GPA of 2.5 (Core and Cumulative)
